About Me

I am a life coach, a hypnotherapist and a sound facilitator. My background started a the legal field. I worked a few years in that field then one day iI realized that this was not the vocation I wanted to be in. I wasn't living my passion. I was getting tired from the work in the office and it's demands.
I started my journey into self - discovery.
For the first few years I was taking workshops about how to let go of my fears, methods on what helped and also how I could help others. I embarked on my journey of Neuro Linguistic Programming and was fascinated on how the human subconscious / unconscious mind works. How we are influenced by our past learnings that shapes how we behave today.
This journey led to me learning about hypnosis, how to change a person's mindset, alleviate their fears by reaching out to the subconscious mind. Our behaviours are run by our subconscious mind. We only use 10% of our mind in any waking moment.
My clienteles are those who want positive changes in their lives, those who want to have weight loss, trauma and grief, anxiety, depression, fears and those that are just stuck in their lives.
I use various techniques to help the clients. Hypnosis, Coaching and Sound. It all depends on the situation that presents itself with clients.
