About Me

My Name is Ira Jairath. I am an Executive coach and consultant working with people in transitions whether it be related to jobs or education. I find myself flourishing when connecting and building upon relationships. It brings me great joy to inspire people to be their best selves.
Coaching is probably one of the most—if not the most—individually tailored practices in talent development as it involves a close and confidential relationship between the coach and the person being coached. As an executive coach I provide a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment in which to offer support for the individual. The client works to focus on identifying and clarifying current goals as well as the appropriate action steps to reach those goals.

I live in Calgary and work as a Program Manager for an indigenous based family support program, working in direct partnership with Calgary and area child and family services. I have a varied educational background with a Bachelors in Arts and a Bachelors in Education. More recently I have been engaging in studying Behaviour Strategies, Expressive art education and Leadership coaching.
My personal experience with being coached has shown me that coaching is a catalyst for change and has led me to this path in life where I am empowered to inspire, support and guide individuals and organizations in the direction of excellence and success.
