About Me

It is inevitable for one to reach a point in his or her life where
certain questions will surface and resurface "What is my purpose in life?"
"Am I happy or am I just going through the motions?"
"Is there more to life?"
"Who am I?"

Failure to address such pressing lingering questions will eventually lead to an episodic series of "identity crisis" and constant feelings of being a "fraud" and hopelessness. Gradually, this will disruptively seep into the relationships surrounding the individual - work, family, romantic and social.

Hence, it is crucial for one to understand and unlearn negative patterns (as I have found that this has been one of the most common life and relationship saboteurs) that are stopping one from living the best life that he or she deserves.

In my virtual or face to face sessions, I also focus a great deal on communication skills as in my line of work as a mediator, I have seen firsthand how effective communication between two disputing parties could resolve even the most dire of conflicts.

I believe that in order to optimise our potential and milk the most out of this one life that has been gifted to us, we first need to clear our paths and acquire the resolve that we need.
