Currently working globally as Executive Coach and Learning & Development Consultant. I come to this role with 28 years professional experience: 13 years in a national environment and 15 in an international-multicultural environment. Certified Coach, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

October 1999-November 2015: Worked for a number of United Nations organizations (United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights; United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo; Economic Commission for Africa) - as a Coach and in the areas of Learning and Development as well as Human Resources Management.

October 1996-September 1999: Consultant - Human Resources Management and Training

May 1983-August 1996: Lecturer & Senior Lecturer, University of Ghana Business School – Taught courses in Human Resources Management, Business Communication & Office Management. Also designed and facilitated training in the context of the School’s Management Development Programmes.
