About Me

My name is Innocence Smith. I am a transpersonal life coach and spiritual consultant. I left the spa and beauty industry after 18 years to become a conscious lifestyle and wellness entrepreneur. After becoming an Ordained Metaphysical Minister, I founded Innocence Smith Wellness to promote lifestyle balance through the In Possible Journey, a holistic mind-body-spirit-oriented self-healing practice.

My expert experience focuses on the intersection of energy medicine and healing. My professional educational background is in Counseling Psychology and Energy Medicine. I am here to remind women of their unique natural essence, to help them facilitate their healing and awaken to their truest radiant selves.

My specialties are Transpersonal Awakening using Mind-Body Medicine, Counseling Psychology, and Metaphysics. I believe that breath medicine is a powerful tool that can be used to help all women heal from issues of impacted sexuality and body disassociation.
