About Me

I'm a certified Health Coach with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) based in New York specialized in helping families with overweight/ obese children.

I'm a mother myself and my goal is to empower other parents to support their kids on their weight loss journey.

I don't do diets, I coach you and your child to get a better understanding of the connection between happiness, food, health and your body.

My goal is to help you to guide your child on her/his own path to a healthy and happy life where they are not being hold back by body weight and health limitations.

The first session is free of charge to get to know each other and find out how we can work together.

We will set up a bespoke 6 month program which will be tailored to your family needs.
Meetings will be done face to face in the beginning. At a later stage we can also agree on virtual meetings if that feels comfortable for your family.
