About Me

I am an Executive Leader with over two and half decades of Consulting, CxO Technology advisory and Systems Integration experience, working for global clients. I am proud of breaking new grounds, creating new practice from ground zero up and building a high performing team with long lasting business impacts which goes much beyond my own role tenure.

Few years back, I realized what is the purpose of my life through self discovery and deep introspection? 'Enhancing Lives: Making a positive difference in individual's life.' I feel passionate about my purpose of my life and coaching is a wonderful opportunity for the same. I am a certified coach and I believe, through coaching I can make a positive difference to your life.

In my professional life, I consider myself as a successful executive. I have led a ~1 B USD Digital Solution and Services (IT, Core and Cloud) P&L for Ericsson Middle East and Africa (MEA) across 68 countries in the region.

In the early part of my career, I had played a variety of roles within PwC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services (GBS) – being responsible for sales, pre-sales and delivery of complex technology led consulting and business transformation programs, application modernization and transformation, IT operations for global clients. I was also part of IBM’s Global SAP Leadership team and played a significant role in creating largest SAP consulting and systems integration practice.
