About Me

My coaching practice centers on deep wellbeing and belonging. I provide you with the nonjudgmental space, unconditional positive regard, attentive curiosity, and compassionate guidance toward rediscovering and connecting with what is personally meaningful to you.

The core of my practice is Ram Das' famous line, "We are all just walking each other home." No matter how old we are, we are all somewhere on the path home and all we truly have is each other. It is my honor to walk with you a ways on this journey, to listen to you deeply, and to ask you the questions that will spark recognition and belonging.

I bring my education in formal Buddhist mindfulness and compassion practices, with a focus on pastoral care. I have an End of Life Doula professional certification from the University of Vermont's Larner College of Medicine. I received my life coach training from the Mindfulness Coaching School and am augmenting those skills by continuing my education in Motivational Interviewing through Health Education and Training Institute.

At the moment, I am a student coach, trying to work toward certification from the ICF. This requires a certain number of apprentice coaching hours. I hope that we may help each other achieve our goals.
