About Me
My name's Ian and I'm an Executive Coach, Mentor and consultant originally from the UK. My background includes Senior roles in the Education and Clinical sectors; and I've started and succesfully run multiple businesses, including two Consulting practices. I've got a proven track record in Coaching and Mentoring, including work as an Entrepreneurial Mentor on an international program for the Royal Academy of Engineering.
I'm genuinely passionate about supporting professionals and organisations in making specific, measurable improvements across key business areas and functions. I love building meaningful professional relationships through Coaching and Mentoring, whether it's 1-2-1 with a manager, Director, Executive or solopreneur, or with an organisation. I also specialise in supporting teams within SMEs to drive effective and sustainable change at an organisational level.
Working with a Coach or consultant can sometimes feel a little daunting. Working with me is different - I have a relaxed and engaging Coaching style, but I'm always at your level, whether you're new to business or an experienced Executive. All my Coaching and Mentoring is fully bespoke - which just means it's fully focused on your needs and built around you, with nothing 'off the shelf'. So rather than following a set program, our professional relationship remains dynamic and responsive.
All clients get a 45-minute FREE, no-obligation Alignment Session, in which we find out more about each other and I learn about your needs. After that, you have various options, including 1-, 3- and 12-month packages - or you can just 'pay as you go'.
I also offer three unique fixed-price products: MetrIQ™ (the one-day Business Bootcamp), The Startup Launchpad (a 3-month support package for startups in any sector), and The 20-Minute Coach™ (a laser-focused, 20-minute coaching session for those short of time or money).

I asked Ian to undertake some business Coaching with a new Manager I employed, with a view to assessing their performance and suitability for the rôle. Ian worked closely alongside the Manager and the rest of the team, and worked hard on building the manager's confidence. He gave support and guidance on putting effective systems in place, on monitoring practice performance, on self-assessment, and on improving communication and teamwork within the practice. I got clear, regular feedback on both the Manager's progress and on other issues within the business. I would happily recommend Ian to any professional colleague.
