About Me

A scoop of educator, a dash of performer, a handful of administrator and a whole lot of positive, nurturing energy.

After growing up in the suburbs of New York, Hope spent over a decade in Atlanta where she not only learned her ma'ams and sirs, but co-founded a theatre company, ran a catering business, and performed and choreographed at some amazing theatres. Upon making the move to the West Coast, Hope not only embraced her inner "chill," she took on a more dedicated role of encouraging and motivating people to complete goals and live more fulfilled lives.

Hope brings a thoughtful approach to all her work - integrating the body and mind in yoga, counseling and coaching. She received her MFA from the University of California, Davis, her yoga certification from Yoga Alliance and is an Ordained Minister through the Universalist Life Church.
