About Me

Holly Wright received her coaching certification through Teachers College at Columbia University in 2017. She has been working in executive education for well over a decade in multiple capacities, most recently focusing on program development & learning facilitation.

For as long as Holly can remember, she's had an innate urge to help & support her friends & family & wanted to be the person people reached out to when they needed help. In school, she was always prepared to help her friends by keeping a first aid kit in her locker to help when they got hurt & a few pieces of chocolate to help if they needed some cheering up.

Both friends & acquaintances of hers would feel comfortable enough to talk about their problems or ideas without an invitation, & she would always sit down to listen to what they had to say. Sometimes they just wanted the space to talk to a nonjudgmental ear, sometimes they wanted advice, but they always knew Holly would keep the conversation confidential.

After University, this trend continued with her colleagues & clients in executive education & she found her passion as a coach & facilitator. Holly wanted to support clients on their learning journey & help them make the most out of their time & investment. Now she does the same in her private coaching practice.

Holly has also coached professional athletes on the World Cup circuit as an alpine snowboard race coach. With this experience, she brings a novel performance coaching perspective to her work.
