In my work at Trail of Adventure, I fuse my passion for guiding women to reclaim their Wild Freedom with my expertise as an Intuitive Guide, herbalist, and digital marketer. My philosophy isn't confined to life coaching or business consulting alone; it's a holistic blend aimed at enriching every facet of a woman's life.

My approach, Wild Freedom Alchemy, is designed around three pillars: RECOVER your Wild Self, AWAKEN your Wild Creativity, and BUILD your Wild Livelihood. This method encourages women to shed societal "Shoulds," embrace their unique creative rhythms, and authentically connect with the world.

Drawing from my herbalist background, I incorporate a deep respect for nature and its cycles into my coaching. My digital marketing expertise ensures practical, actionable guidance. This blend of intuition and pragmatism uniquely positions me to support women at life's crossroads with creativity and confidence.

Daily practice is central to my philosophy. With Daily Detours, Mini Quests, Field Guides, and Trail Logs, I offer tools for daily action towards freedom, clarity, and growth.
