About Me

There's a huge difference between living with intention and letting life happen to you. As a life coach with a background in counseling, I understand the human desire to live with purpose and meaning. I also understand all of the tricky ways our mind tangles us into the safe patterns we've come to know.

Releasing yourself from your old ways and into the new is what I'm about. For some people, that means helping you explore those deeper questions about "what do I really want in my life?" For others, you might know EXACTLY where you want to go but want extra support in your corner to make it happen. I can help you with that too. I value coaching because I engage in it in my personal work as well. I know the benefits first hand. To have someone right there next to you to help you stay on path and make your ideal life come to fruition? It's a game changer.

I have a masters degree in counseling, am a yoga instructor, and all-around life enthusiast. I was born in small town Amarillo, Texas and dreamed for what might lie beyond the horizon I knew. It's taken me to the big city of Houston where I dedicate myself to helping people explore a life beyond what they know.

An interesting thing that I noticed over the course of my life was the way people would project certain things onto me. About how put together I was. About the trips I would take or the friends or relationships I would engage in. Didn't they know how much WORK that took? Sheesh. Life doesn't just happen. You have to cultivate it. I will say I'm thankful the work is showing. It's partly why I believe so much in what I do. Do the work and it shows.

My clients can expect me to not jump the gun but rather really get to know them and what they're looking for in life. I want to really understand what my clients are wanting in their lives and the barriers that get in the way. This helps me effectively facilitate change in my client's lives. Our goals tie to a much deeper place inside of us. It's our truth.
