About Me

Helen is an experienced coach working specifically with those who are struggling with the after effects of a divorce or relationship breakup. Helen is an internationally credentialed coach and holds a Diploma Graduate of Life and Executive Coaching. She is also a Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner, Performance Coach, Time-Line Practitioner and a Demartini Method Facilitator, working alongside Dr. John Demartini.

Helen employs a mix of coaching models and human behavioural technologies (NLP, Demartini Method®) assisting clients to move swiftly through the emotional upheaval of divorce to create a compelling future.

Helen is objective, open and supportive, and is respectful of the emotions that her clients may currently be feeling.

In a leadership role, Helen is a proficient communicator and relationship builder. Helen is currently president-elect of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Victoria.
