As a certified coach, I offer leadership, career and life coaching for personal development and professional success.

I love supporting people to make changes in their lives. Be it a CEO, small business owner or stay-at-home parent juggling a multitude of roles, I find it so rewarding to help clients transition from feelings of uncertainty to a place of clarity about what they want do next and how they are going to make it happen.

The initial focus of my coaching practice was to deliver 1-2-1 coaching sessions to help leaders bring the best of themselves to their personal and professional lives. After several years I began to notice many clients were considering a change of careers and struggling with how to move forward. As if by fate I came across Firework: one of the longest-established career coach training providers in Europe. I completed certification and added a structured Career Transition Coaching Programme to my services. I also offer tailored Leadership Development Coaching Programmes.

Prior to coaching I studied in different countries and enjoyed a professional career in a variety of different roles. It was in my late 30’s, when I found myself juggling motherhood with the demands of work and overseas travel, that I realised I had lost the essence of who I was and what was important to me. My life was out of balance; I was trying to do everything and be everything to everyone, but failing miserably on all counts. I no longer knew what I wanted out of life; I was riddled with self-doubt, exhausted and on the verge of breakdown.

It was at this time that I sought the services of a professional coach. Through coaching I turned my life around. I regained my energy, re-connected with my thirst for learning and worked out that like my coach, I too wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, whilst also balancing family commitments, health and personal accomplishment.To that note, I signed up for coach training and have never looked back.
