About Me

Hi there! I'm Heidi Bernhart. I'm a certified iNLP Life Coach, specializing in helping women manage their lives and find balance. In my early adult years, I struggled (hard) with anxiety. Eventually, I went and got professional help - and it changed my life. I learned how to overcome anxiety and I started to build a life that I had always wanted. I also became good at passing what I had learned onto the people in my life. Eventually, I decided to make it my career and my mission to help women level up so that they can find happiness, peace, and accomplishment.
