About Me
I coach nutrition and fitness at the intersection of chronic stress.
Many people work in office and computer settings, requiring extended sitting, a silent form of chronic stress, often leading to creeping weight gain.
My philosophy is to help people build their Resilience through food, mood, and movement. By activating the Rest and Digest response, clients can change the trajectory of their health and avoid western "lifestyle" diseases such as diabetes, metabolic syndome, and heart disease.
I help people shift the balance from processed foods to adding more plants into their meals, fostering a healthy diverse microbiome, as well as activating the parasympathetic nervous system to inhibit the chronic stress response, improving digestion, absorption and metabolism.
It's not just the food though! It's often the environment, and your emotional status. In this step-by-step process we take goals and break them into skills to develop, and break skills down into small habits to practice daily. When combined with posture breaks and gentle progressive movement, overall resilience will be developed.
With this increased resilience, clients become more focused and productive at work, and are happier, having more energy for family and recreational pursuits.
I offer habit-based nutrition coaching and personal training in a private or semi-private online setting, with a minimum 4 month commitment.

VerifiedMy experience was very positive! She knew exactly what I needed. I would love to do the program with her but at this time I just don't have the finances to do so.
