Hi, my name is Heather Thomson and I am a Certified Executive Coach with an ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation. I am also certifying in Positive Intelligence and have been integrating mental fitness into my coaching practice.

Why pick me as your coach? I love helping people gain clarity on their professional and personal goals in order to live a life they truly love.
Many of us sit in inaction because we feel we are not ready for the next step. As your coach, I am not afraid to have those difficult conversations in order to stretch you in both your personal and professional development.

As your coach, I will work with you to help build confidence through a repeatable action plan that will lead you to success. Many of us experience success in our careers and personal life but still feel unsettled. We may even be experiencing imposter syndrome or hearing our inner critic which may be creating self-doubt or uncertainly as to what is next for us.
I have a passion for helping others achieve their life goals. My educational background consists of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, teaching certificate in Secondary Education, Masters in Education, and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I have my Certified Executive Coaching designation through Royal Roads University as well as my Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. Currently, I am certifying in Positive Intelligence and training in mental fitness.
