About Me

I was raised on a farm outside a small town in Northern Alberta surrounded by nature and all sorts of farm animals. I grew up riding and showing Quarter horses and loved the spiritual connection I developed with the creatures on the farm. We had everything from pigs, cattle, horses, and cats galore, even a three-legged one I saved after he had been mauled. Not many people can say they owned a $300 barn cat, but even after losing a leg, an ear, and fighting infection, Boots (renamed to Boot) lived a long and healthy life.

I am a 48-year-old mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and your personal life coach. I split my time between Edmonton where my family is and Philadelphia where my wonderful boyfriend and soul mate lives and works.

After 17 years of working in long term care I felt I was becoming too "jaded". When I started I deeply felt the loss of any resident whether they had been there a week or 10 years. After several years of work I realized I only cried when my "favourites" passed on. It was time to move on and rediscover my passion for helping all people.

I wasn't sure what to do and then I literally had a dream about coaching people. I woke up and knew what I had to do so I started on that journey.

All my sessions are private and confidential. They can be done via phone or Skype. I am here to help you become the best you can be in life or in business, or both.

Having someone to talk to that has no personal relationship to you can be freeing. I am your sounding board, your confidant, and the person who will make you accountable for what is holding you back from success.
