About Me

Having a positive outlook or a strong desire may not always be enough to overcome tough challenges, we all need motivation from time to time. I also know that when you're feeling stuck or discouraged, that a positive, energetic outlook may seem elusive.

I view the world and each human being in it with a sociologically-aware and empathetic lens. I don't believe one can just pull up the bootstraps they don't have and wake up one day and overcome, but I do believe that outside of the many structural and societal challenges that exist, each of us holds the power to manage our thoughts---even incremental progress matters, it's all relative!

In our coaching relationship, I'll offer you support and motivation. I am respectful and non-judgmental, but I will ask the tough questions and hold you accountable to yourself and our agreement.
