About Me

I am a Phobia/Fear Life Coach who will help you overcome your fear/phobia via E-Coaching. I received my certified life coach certification (CLC) through Expert Rating Global Certifications. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University and I completed 2 years of Graduate study in Counseling Psychology. As your coach, I will help you explore new ways to reach a sense of calm in your life. Anxiety has many different faces. It is my goal to take this journey with you, together we will break you free from this anxiety and find new pathways to relaxation and happiness. I will be here to help you in your committed action towards your goal through email sessions.
