About Me

Heather Keenly is a passionate, powerful Coach, Entrepreneur and Leadership Trainer; as well as founder and CEO of HLK Coaching & Consulting. She combines her 20 years of hospitality, service and start up experience - with a life long commitment to the arts of personal development, leadership and spirituality to provide her clients with just the right combination of wisdom, support and accountability to create lives and businesses they love.

She has an eclectic background, having traveled and explored the world while studying things like travel ecology, eastern spirituality, nutrition, health, wellness, marketing, business, leadership and mindfulness. She has worked as a traveling nanny, white water kayaking guide, teacher and every role possible in hospitality and retail industries. She has successfully launched six start ups in the wellness and restaurant arena, including her own nationally award winning restaurant Lola's on Harrison - featured in the New York Times, Gourmet Mag and co-owned with her talented husband and business partner.

Awarded a “Distinguished Service Award” for her contributions to the Hollywood FL community, Heather served as VP of the Downtown Business Association and as an advisor to the City of Hollywood Marketing Advisory Council.

Heather currently serves as a mentor and trainer for Accomplishment Coaching, where she runs a highly rigorous twelve month experiential based training program. When she is not speaking, training or coaching her 1:1 clients - she is planning her next adventure with her family and playing her biggest role as mom to an amazing and brilliant four year old son.
