​Heath Holt Hayes is an Emmy Award-winning media producer and a nationally recognized expert in mental health and addiction advocacy. He is best known for leading groundbreaking anti-stigma campaigns for the 988 Lifeline, reshaping public perceptions of crisis intervention and recovery. ​

As the founder of Triple H Consulting, Heath specializes in infrastructure and capacity development within the mental health and addiction sectors. His firm focuses on recovery-oriented systems and peer workforce development, collaborating with organizations nationwide to implement evidence-based practices that foster recovery and support individuals on their wellness journeys. ​

Heath previously served as Deputy Commissioner for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, providing leadership and administrative oversight for the state's mental health and addiction programs. His responsibilities encompassed public affairs, governmental relations, communication, prevention initiatives, workforce training, certifications, and community coalitions. ​

With a strong background in public affairs, governmental relations, and consumer advocacy, Heath has successfully guided organizations in integrating recovery-oriented, holistic, and person-driven continuums of care at local, state, and national levels.
