About Me

Hi! I'm Hayley Matches, and I'm so happy you're here.

As a sober lifestyle coach, I create a collaborative partnership with you, my client, by supporting and empowering you to achieve your goals related to sobriety and sober-curiosity, mental health, and professional changes, to name a few. I promote self-determination, encouraging a strengths-based approach, and providing non-judgmental support - because well, I've been there.

In Fall of 2022, I started my training through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches, where I received my Certified Professional Coach and Certified Professional Recovery Coach certifications in Spring of 2023.

With a background in film & television production, and personal experience with sobriety, trauma and mental health, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. I have a passion for helping clients reach their full potential, and specialize in empowering them to break free from the toxic cycle of booze, overcome obstacles and achieve goals in order to live their best, most unwasted lives.
