Breaking out of the script has been my life story. I left my high-paying role at LinkedIn in 2017 to pursue entrepreneurship.
I've now created a career where I use my strengths and passions to help others every day. I have total lifestyle freedom, and I'm paid extraordinarily well.

I reached out to Hayden because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I didnt feel in control of my life and I felt so overwhelmed with a job that I didnt love and was in the mindset of waking up each day feeling stuck. I felt like I was moving through the motions of life and it was as if I was on the outside looking in and I desired change but kept feeling lost with how to get there. I am so thankful that I now see the gifts and natural essence of myself as a person and am able to align all of my time and energy into things that fuel me. I now have more confidence, trust and excitement about re-defining whats possible in my life. I am so thankful that Haydens coaching gave me the opportunity and space to find that trust and love in myself again.

When I first started working with Hayden I could not define what I wanted to do, who I wanted to be, or identify steps I should take to figure it out. I had just had my second baby and was about to return from maternity leave to a job I didnt want anymore at a company I had grown to really dislike. But I didnt have a plan for what to do next so I felt trapped in staying there and doing the same things I was doing that were making me so unhappy. I felt like the dreams I previously had were now out of reach and missed opportunities. I felt a huge weight of expectations from my old self, my family, friends, and societal norms/roles. And overall just felt sad, lonely, and very victimized in my own storytelling of my life. But after a year of coaching with Hayden Ive taken full control of my life. Ive rewritten my expectations to my own standards, knowing full well I have the ability to change them whenever I need to. From coaching Ive released the limits on my dreams and without knowing how they could be possible, I am still working towards them one step at a time. I went from having no idea how to spend my time to wishing I had more to fit in all my new found interests! Coaching with Hayden hit the reset button on my life and did so in a time and pace that was right for me. It wasnt fast, abrupt, or forceful but a slow, gradual and supportive process. Haydens approach is thoughtful, respectful, and allows you to really explore your own thought process, and find the answers that exist within you. This was the best investment in myself I couldve made and I look forward to continuing.

Before coaching I was stuck. I knew that I hated the life that I was living but I didnt know how to change it. Outwardly I had done everything right. Went to college, got a job, got promoted, earned six figures. But it wasnt bringing me happiness or any sense of meaning. In fact I was quite miserable most days. Coaching with Hayden has been life changing.
