About Me

I utilize various techniques from modalities such as somatic experiencing, attachment theory, compassionate inquiry, and internal family systems, but in general, I take a bottom-up approach to counseling as opposed to a top-down approach. Instead of honing a narrative as a framework for later addressing the felt senses in the body, I focus first on how clients feel in their bodies and use those insights to create a narrative understanding. My goal is to prioritize a safe and authentic relationship with my clients above all else.

My professional background is in customer success and human resources in the tech and nonprofit spaces, and my bachelor's degree is in sociology. I have always been passionate about helping people and groups navigate complex challenges, and my coaching practice is no different. In my personal life, I enjoy immersing myself in music, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring the great outdoors with my family and dog.
