About Me

I lived in Dubai, worked for Fortune 500 companies, and consulted with the Crown Prince of UAE, Sheik Al Nayan and the Ministry of Interior. Negotiating with government entities, appearing on television, expert panels, podcasts, and volunteering for 30 years… I've done it all!

But what really drives me is making a difference in the lives of women who are newly sober, or curious about life without alcohol including those who identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSP's).

As and HSP myself, working with me means redefining what it means to live alcohol-free and embracing who you are. You don't need to identify as an "alcoholic" or fit into any traditional box to seek a better, more vibrant life.

Together, we unravel the social and emotional threads that have tied you to alcohol, so that you can take an honest look at the unseen costs of drinking—the subtle erosion of your true self.
