About Me

Halima is a coach, facilitator and consultant, with over 20 years experience working with a few highly reputable corporates that have a presence in South Africa and internationally. Her experience and expertise spans in the areas of organisational effectiveness, systemic leadership development, high-performing teams and change alignment.

Her strong background in Human Resources, Learning and Development and Organisational Development, has allowed her to connect very closely with people of diverse cultures and groups. The core of her work focuses on building leadership and team capabilities, enabling leaders and their teams to respond to and navigate through changing and demanding environments Halima works with Exco Teams, Senior Management Teams and individuals, who believe they possess the gifts and potential to be more than they are currently, and who are willing and committed to explore and discover their talents and strengths, pushing boundaries towards broader transformation.

In keeping with her passion for integrating business and leadership, she coaches on a regular basis at reputable business schools on their MBA Programmes, Executive Programmes and their wide range of Leadership Programmes.
