About Me

I am an ICF-ACTP trained Coach, NLP Practitioner and a facilitator. Coaching for me is a tool that helps us to collaborate with "Ourselves"
by facilitating insights and actions to realize potential. It’s a process which enables one to connect to their sub conscious level and be inspired by their vision and set goals to actualize it.
Coaching is a thought-provoking process that helps people achieve the results that they seek.

My purpose as a coach is to view YOU as full of "Potential" and "Resourcefulness" so that you become your best self. I want to create a safe space that is void of any judgement or evaluation which invokes self-awareness, insights and learnings
As a coach, I want to accompany you on your path to learning and discovering yourself so you can keep moving forward, stay on track, learn how to deal with obstacles that you may face in life and be on a path to success and happiness.

I am very positive and flexible in my approach and can tailor my coaching style and communication according to the your personality. I always follow genuine interest and curiosity, look and sound non-judgmental so that I can create a safe and supporting environment that produces ongoing mutual respect and Trust.

I have 11 years of diverse experience as an HR Consultant across multiple industries in Employee Relations, People and Organization Transformation, Change Management, Performance Management and Communications Strategy.
Starting my career journey in the Pharmaceutical industry, I have since then worked with Manufacturing, IT, Banking and Consumer Goods Industries. I have worked with teams across geographies (Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Thailand, UK & India) to deliver complex organizational and people change initiatives with a focus on people, collaboration and coaching for senior managers.
I have a creative bent of mind and I believe that continuous learning is the key to success !
