About Me
Welcome! My name is Grant. I support people to live their dreams. Working with me gives you a space to be yourself and be held accountable to your greatest self. Some results my clients have gotten from me being their coach are: an improved sense of self, motivation to take action in their life, and knowing more of what it is they want out of life. My coaching style is formed from ontology (the study of being) and stoicism (taking virtuous actions).
I got into coaching to support others to embrace life, and enjoy everyone I have worked with. I love the outdoors and enjoy going for long wandering walks through nature with my wife and two dogs. People often describe me as warm, funny, outdoorsy and calm.

My experience with Grant was wonderful to say the least. He is a great coach who walks with you at each step of the journey and changes your life. Grant is a compassionate individual, he knows his trade very well and he offered me kindness and help at each obstacle I faced. I also loved the fact that he is a very patient listener. During the sessions, he periodically asked me challenging questions at critical points that made me stop, think for a while and finally realize that answers to those questions are keys to rediscovering who I really am as a person.
