About Me

With over 12 years of experience leading socio-environmental projects in both public and private sectors, I have developed a passion for supporting personal and professional growth. This journey led me to coaching, aiming to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.

I am a certified Ontological Coach from the Fractal School, accredited by the International Federation of Ontological Coaches. Although I’m starting my coaching career, I have completed over 600 hours of training, allowing me to develop a methodology focused on deep, sustainable change.

My coaching approach is rooted in ontological principles, which explore how our interpretations of the world influence our actions and results. True transformation starts with self-awareness and openness to change. My philosophy is centered on creating a safe space for clients to reflect, explore, and grow.

In our sessions, I use powerful questions to uncover values, beliefs, and motivations. We work together to strengthen capacities, overcome limiting beliefs, and break through obstacles. My goal is to guide clients in creating actionable strategies that align with their personal and professional aspirations.

Drawing from my experience in environmental and community development projects, I integrate a holistic approach to coaching. I believe sustainable growth comes from connecting with oneself, others, and the environment. The cycles of nature teach us the value of each process, guiding us toward flourishing.
