About Me

I have over 30 years of experience in industries spanning between the military, healthcare, finance, utilities and oil & gas. I have had roles ranging from front line leader to more senior roles as individual and group contributor.
No matter what I've done, I have always enjoyed supporting people; Whether it was through a specific leadership role or organically mentoring people or through my work as a project manager working in the Technology sector.
Throughout my 30 years I know one thing for certain: Most of us have felt unheard, undervalued, unappreciated, and disengaged at some point in our lives. Sometimes it's us who can't see ourselves. I have felt that way; when I did, I knew I had the potential to do more, and that I wouldn't reach my potential by doing nothing.

With a little help from a particularly frustrating day in a job that didn't fit the real me, and a glass of wine, I had an Ah Ha moment. I needed to get unstuck and start living a life of purpose. And I knew that I wanted to help other people do the same.
I chose to seek my Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University, then acquired my ACC designation through the International Coaching Federation; I was on my way to coaching bliss.

My goal as a coach is about helping people listen to and value what matters most to them and get to a point where they feel truly engaged in life. It's only when we are truly Heard, Appreciated, and Valued, that we can become Engaged in what matters to us.
It's then that we find meaning and purpose. And the reality is, we all have the Solutions inside of us to do the work. I'm here to help you find your solution.
