About Me

With more than 15 years’ experience within the private wealth space, I formed Spiritworth Consulting in Hong Kong to bridge interests in finance and personal development that were originally shaped growing up in the UK.

Comfortable coaching across industries, my particular strength in career coaching is working with individuals below C-suite level looking to change direction, advance their careers or want greater meaning and clarity in their lives. Sometimes all you require is a good sounding board.

In terms of financial coaching, the focus is on arming the individual with tools to shape their financial independence, confidence and accountability. It’s not about providing financial advice. Having grown up in a household where money was never spoken about, and where a lack of financial understanding had a significant impact on the quality of life, I appreciate the need for simplicity in explaining finance.

I worked within the private banking area as a stock advisor and investment analyst in the UK, the US and Asia and bring this insight to all realms of coaching. I am a Master of Finance (MFin) through Curtin University, Australia, and am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Level 2 candidate.

Having previously attended personal development programmes created by the likes of Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki, I was inspired to earn an Executive Diploma in Corporate Coaching from the University of Hong Kong.

This has led me to provide business, career and finance coaching services since 2009. I am a professional member of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC) and a member of the Association of Positive Psychology Coaches.
