About Me

I have spent my career helping others grow and change their lives. I am passionate about helping others as a coach and feel I have found my place in the world. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have worked for 20+ years counseling those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and self-defeating thoughts. Helping my client's find balance in the various areas of their life is my mission. Our mind and body's are deeply connected. Struggles in one area of our life can often create imbalance in another. I recently completed my Health and Wellness Coaching certification to aid in my Holistic view of coaching the whole person.
I love the outdoors and often hike or walk event while working with my clients. Nature is a grounding force in my life. My greatest joy is spending time with my kiddos and seeing them flourish and achieve all that they want to in their lives as they grow up.
Physical health is very important to me. After years of struggling with my own health I sought out the assistance of a functional medicine practitioner. Together not only have we healed my gut, we were able to resolve my Cholesterol issues, and move from being prediabetic to normal status. I now choose to eat in accordance to a Paleo and vegan lifestyle.
I am committed to those I work with to help them learn about and develop their next steps in life which I believe starts with the whole person. If one part of your life is out of sorts, many of the other parts can feel that way as well. My style of coaching is to meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

I have a Master's in Social Work and hold 2 Coaching Certifications: Health and wellness coaching as well as a Business Coaching certification from The Direct Selling Woman's Alliance (DSWA) Coaching Excellence School.
