About Me

I'm Coach Glo with 20+ years of coaching experience. As a Life Coach, my niche is "Relationships" and "Addictions". I find the most successful Clients are those who remain teachable and are eager for change.

I have been described as "firm, but fair" ~ I don't tell Clients what they want to hear and I do hold them accountable. To date, I have not had any issues with Clients not wanting to participate in the exercises described in their progress.

You will not always like what you hear because I have a "direct" approach; however, I am a firm believer in it's not what you say, but how you say it. With that approach, my Clients have referred others to my Practice.

I always invite a "potential" Client to a 20-minutes Discovery Session. This enables us to determine whether or not we are a match for each other.

I reside in Putnam County, NY with my husband, Jon. We have 3 sons and 4 grandsons with our first granddaughter expected January 2015.

I have Clients on a national basis (mostly on Skype), with a small percentage coached on the phone and in person.

An expression I love to share is, "If nothing changes...NOTHING changes."
