About Me

I believe knowledge is power. When we understand why we are thinking and feeling the way we do, explaining the "Why" or "How" we came to feel that way, it helps us understand ourselves better. Then we create a new plan, do some amazing transformation techniques, and change those limiting beliefs to positive "I am" statements. I work on a spiritual level, I do give homework and I will not sugar coat it for you. Sometimes the greatest transformations come from walking through the fire and accepting the challenges that lie before us. I am certified through "The LIfe Coach Institute of Orange County and certified as a NLPP from Auspicium in the UK. I am also an EAC, Equine assisted Life coach and have two amazing horses that help me with clients. Additionally, I am a Reiki practitioner. I also do firewalls and just offer spiritual retreats a few times a year. I also have a book available on Amazon. I have been in practice for over 11 years and began as a Life coach volunteering for and studying the techniques of Tony Robbins. I am constantly studying and attending more coaching courses to become the best I can be to help my clients. There is no judgement here. I listen.
