About Me

Combine passion for life long learning, psychology and coaching and the result is: me.
I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, passionate about helping new leaders to discover their resources and build their confidence.

For nearly 20 years I have worked with and within big corporations as Human Resources Generalist, Training Coordinator and then Trainer and Senior Trainer partnering with a few well known names such as Dale Carnegie Training.
After the Psychology Faculty, I had a four years training in Group Therapy (psychodrama) and then a Solution Focused Coaching training with Solution Surfers Romania, certified by the International Coaching Federation.

You might be wondering by now what makes a therapist chose coaching over therapy. It's the simple, straightforward and might I add, fast way in which solution focused coaching brings the results.

How do we obtain results with coaching? We focus on solutions, on strengths and on what works. This makes the process light and pleasant, while the results show up from the first session.
95% of the coaching clients I worked with reached their desired objective in just 3 coaching sessions.

I truly believe we all have the power to chose our own lives and to grow. For many, coaching has proven the right tool for this growth.
