About Me

I come from a background as a manager for 6 years at the Italian Red Cross in which i used to provide trainings with courses with adult-teaching techniques in different location. I also worked as a PR manager in digital marketing.

I am a professional coach with a holistic approach based on NPL, humanistic and strategic e coaching with focus on career, business and life coaching. My focus in on: Motivation, Personal/Professional Development, Empowerment, Change/conflict/time/emotion/delegation management.

I support students, managers, professionals and people who want a change in becoming aware of their potential, set their own goal, develop a SMART action plan and monitor it to reach a true fulfilment and the desired outcome.

Having an extensive international experience, I provide coaching sessions in English, French and Italian. I gained more than 700 hours of coaching experience with people coming from different background, requests and origins.
