About Me

I'm a Certified Life Coach in multiple coaching modalities, including traditional coaching techniques (ICF), Spirituality/Law of Attraction methods and Self-Love. As well as also having a background in Sociology BSc(Econ), I am in training to become a certified NLP Master Practitioner.

Most clients like to work with me for 10-12 weeks, during this time we dive into who you really are, what you truly desire from life and the subconscious beliefs you hold that are holding you back from obtaining this. Using many different techniques including NLP, EFT, Hypnosis & Guided Meditation, I will guide you to heal past wounds & transform your subconscious belief system to attract not only the life you desire, but the life you deserve.
