About Me

Though I have spent the past 6 years working full time as a preschool teacher, I spent much of my free time working on my other passion- health and wellness. Developing a nutrition and healthy living curriculum for my preschoolers was rewarding and exciting, but I knew there was more for me in the health and wellness industry.
In the past two years I have taken my personal interest in nutrition and working out more seriously, pursuing an online certificate in nutrition, my NASM personal training certification, and starting an online coaching business. Additionally, I co-founded Traveling Juice, a company that spreads the healing in the Boston area by delivering fresh juices to adults and teaches children about the power of eating and fresh fruits and veggies and listening to their bodies.
I am passionate about helping others, and see the value in having a coach as I have one myself! My coach has helped me in so many ways, and I want to be that person for so many others. I look forward to helping you live your healthiest life, whatever that means for YOU!
