Hello,

My name is George Boncoraglio. I am a certified Life Coach. My credentials are as follows:

I utilize a number of different techniques such as NLP and CBT among many others. However, it is not the technique that assists that client to achieve a goal, but rather the strength of the coaching alliance. In addition, a well-prepared and motivated client is absolutely essential.

Trust is absolutely essential for success in the client and coaching relationship. Research has demonstrated that no matter what method is selected, if there is no trust between the client and the coach, there will be no progression. As such, my main objective, before anything else, is to establish a relationship of trust. It is essential that clients believe in their coaches. Therefore, due to this, I do my best to foster trust.

In addition to the fostering and building of trust, a full diagnostic and inventory is essential to conduct as well. It is necessary for coaches to be fully aware of and informed of all aspects of a client's life that might be of relevance to the coaching relationship. These include the following:

biological
medical
social
educational
familial
psychological
emotional
economic
any other area(s) of relevance

Then, once trust and and a full assessment has been conducted, the coaching goal will be identified and fully explored. At that point, we (client and coach) will collaborate as a team for the fulfilling of those objectives. Accountability is a word that cannot be mentioned enough as all clients will be continuously monitored and held responsible for their progression.
