About Me

I have been a life coach since a very young age. Compassion and understanding those in need were things I was always naturally called to. I never found a great deal of interest in school growing up. Instead I sought after my passions and learned from my environment. After high-school I began working many different jobs and none of witch left me with any satisfaction. I ended up falling into synasism and despair searching for answers and ways to level up into a better way of life. During this time I had lost a 5 year relationship. This inward journey lead me up and down time and time again. After years of scraping by with no real goal in mind I found myself asking for help. The help did not arrive in a way I expected. It came out of the rediscovery of what brought me peace and success as a child. Which was confidence in oneself and openess to the world. I started trusting and seeking to understand people again instead of judging the behavior's I deemed wrong. Also having faith in a brighter future for me and those I love. This lead me into a spiritual inward journey of rediscovering myself. Through this process I became hungry for wisdom. I dove deep into the endless sea of philosophy and theology. Meanwhile training martial arts and still maintaining full time work. I found ways to not burn out while operating a seemingly busy lifestyle. All these practices of self reflection and wisdom seeking had taught me the wrongs and rights through my life including all my relationships. I could then see the patterns that led me down but also the patterns then lifted me higher. I developed the mind state to endlessly learn how to work on the mind ,body, spirit and how we connect with one another.
Fast track to the now. I am in a happy loving relationship for the past 5 years. I have strong relationships with friends and family. I have good income streams and don't stress about money. I am healthy in mind body and spirit. All the while being open to endless learning.
