About Me

I hold a B.S. in Elementary and Generic Special Education from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, an M.ED. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington and an M.A. in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I spent 27 years in public education in both teaching and administrative positions, provided professional development to educators and coordinated an annual conference for educators attended by over 500 participants annually. I am now working toward full licensure in the mental health field.
