Fellow Anxious Yogi here ready to help you get rid of anxiety whenever you’re ready! I am a yoga-certified instructor so yes, I use yogic ideals and techniques in my coaching style but no, you do not have to be a yogi already!

Becoming anxiety-free is available to all and I tailor my coaching style to the unique individual that is you! Beyond breath-work and mindfulness, we come to understand anxiety for what it is and develop a different relationship to it in coaching with me.
