About Me

Gail is a professional life coach and qualified trainer who lives in Canberra, Australia.

Her passion is helping and support people, particularly women, to find greater peace, have more energy and feel more in control of lives. She helps people achieve lasting change, improve their well being and loves helping people experience personal breakthoughs.

She is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Master Practitioner of Hypnosis, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy ® and Master NLP Coach (ABNLP). Her initial coach training was completed with New Insights.

She has extensive experience and qualifications in Management and Information Technology. Her excellent team leadership, coaching and mentoring skills have been honed over many years.

She is a Reiki Master with a keen interest in meditation and personal development.
