About Me

Having left a long and successful career of hospitality management & Recruitment behind me I started feeling that I wanted to make more of an impact on the world in a meaningful way. NLP had always fascinated me due to its simple and quick but impact-full way of changing how you think for better results. In my leadership I was very successful but I often felt misunderstood in my communications with others. I cannot describe the relief when I learned NLP and understood that it was simply a matter of peoples different patterns of speaking and understanding the world, and that if I could recognize the pattern I could speak in that persons language! I don't exaggerate when I say that it changed the my whole workplace (because I changed).
NLP has done so much for my development and understanding of people and thus created so much harmony - its like having a special key that opens every door you desire.
My passion has always been people and I have always been successful with connecting because I genuinely care, which people can feel.
I Love watching someone succeed in something they truly desire; in their career, in their life and especially in their confidence, believing they can when they thought they couldn't.
I have more patience and heart than the average person and love to make a difference in someones life, but I am still practical.
Often my clients come to me with a 'problem' in their career or life, and when they get help with finding the solution (which lies within you) they report with amazement how this has changed their life in so many areas also! They realize that everything is connected and our way of thinking can really trip us up at times.
I work with my heart at the center and I believe in giving more value than you pay for because through quality and great relationships everyone prospers.
I have been told many times that I have changed peoples lives, especially those who lack confidence or don't believe in themselves.
