About Me

My name is Gabriela Marpozan, and I am a Master Certified Life Coach that specializes in helping people find their passion and fulfillment, in order to increase meaning in their lives. As a mindset coach, I believe that we all have the tools within us to achieve our goals, we just need to use them purposefully. That is why, my role as a life coach is to help my clients cultivate intention.
 
My coaching practice, MindShift Life Coaching, is geared toward using our own innate knowledge of ourselves and the world to achieve our goals. Change your mind - change your life. My clients recognize that there is a gap between where they are, and where they want to be. Together, we bridge that gap by using the following three step approach:

1. Define: It all starts by learning how to focus on a goal. Where do you want to be? Who do you want to become? What do you want to achieve?
2. Assess: We then look at your patterns, your habits, and your actions. There are two categories of patterns: those that serve the goal, and those that don’t.
3. Align: Finally, we find ways to increase patterns that serve our goal and decrease those that don’t. This way, our patterns, actions, and habits all align with our goals.

Together with my clients, I am committed to figuring out what truly inspires and drives them, and how they can build a life geared toward achieving those goals. When we find what is truly important to each of us, life just makes a little more sense.
