With a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership and a Certificate in Inclusion and Diversity, I bring 20 years of experience in leadership, mentorship, and professional development with a background in the Fortune 500 Fintech and Information Technology industries. As a bilingual coach fluent in Spanish, I specialize in working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, guiding them to build confidence, enhance self-awareness, advance their careers, and maintain a healthy balance between work, relationships, and emotional and physical well-being.
My approach is holistic and tailored, creating SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely) plans designed uniquely for you. I also support parents of individuals with disabilities, helping them manage work-life balance while navigating the complexities of Special Education, IEPs, and advocacy.
