I'm here to help you Lead, Inspire & Empower in all aspects of your life.
I have a Masters of Arts in Strategic Leadership, with many years of experience working within the Fortune 500 space in Fintech and Information Systems. I'm also fluent in Spanish. I have experience coaching individuals, both neurotypical and neurodivergent, increase confidence, achieve career advancement, break barriers and work-life balance. I provide a holistic approach to help you create a plan that is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely) and uniquely curated to help you succeed. I also have experience working with parents of individuals with disabilities who need help managing work and the world of Special Education, IEPs and everything else in between.
I'm passionate about helping individuals like you unveil your true essence, achieve mindfulness, break barriers, utilize strategies and techniques to improve your life and of those around you, gain self-awareness, build trusted relationships, land your dream job, self-organize, better time management, learn to network, learn to advocate for yourself and those in your care, increase confidence and become a better version of yourself.
