About Me

I have over 30 years’ senior executive experience, with multinational organisations in the fields of Professional Services, Information Technology, Law, Telecommunications, Consulting and Customer Service. With a broad range of executive positions, my diverse experience enables me to facilitate fruitful conversations with clients enabling them to discover their natural abilities and instinctive talents to overcome barriers, unexpected challenges and achieve greatness in life and work.

I provide a one-on-on coaching program for corporate leaders and business owners enabling them to release their full potential and ‘achieve greatness’.

My core strength is with high achievers, and individuals at key transition points in their career, helping them to consider what the transition involves, take stock of where they are now, identify where they want to be and recognise how they can use their strengths to get them there.

My passion for coaching and natural consultative approach to getting to know clients, their challenges and discovering ‘what keeps them up at night’ facilitates a trusting relationship of open dialogue. Thus enabling them to focus on key outcomes, self-discover solutions enabling them to reach their goals and realise new opportunities.
