About Me

I coach professional women who feel trapped in their current existence, have unfulfilled dreams, and want more out of life. It starts with an Energy Leadership Index assessment, which captures how you currently perceive and approach work and life, as well as recognizes how you respond to stressful situations. With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership assessment debrief, you can reshape your attitude and worldview and transform who you are.

My journey has shaped me into a multi-faceted professional. I am a writer, best-selling author, and transformational & infertility coach. My educational background includes an MA in Higher Educational Leadership and a Masters in Accountancy. As a Certified Scrum Master, I bring unique leadership skills to my coaching practice. I am an IPEC Certified Professional Coach and Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Moreover, I am a partner with RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, reflecting my commitment to addressing significant life challenges.
